Sigil RMPD is run by its founder, Kostiantyn Makaiev. The registered business details are in the footer of every page and in the privacy policy.
Every article is signed by a real person with a name and a stated qualification, and the signature leads to the author's page with the list of their texts. We do not publish texts "by the team".
Every legal rule links to its primary source: the text of the act, the PUESC site or the Polish Ministry of Finance. Every amount in złoty carries an approximate hryvnia equivalent with the exchange rate and the date. Data from our own platform is given with the number of declarations and the period, never as market statistics.
Sigil handles RMPD declarations. We write about SENT because taking part in SENT is what creates the RMPD obligation, but SENT is filed by the consignor or consignee, not by us.
Every article shows its publication date and its last-updated date. The updated date changes only when the content changes, not for a typo.
Write to help@sigil.com.ua with the article address and what is wrong. If the error is confirmed, we correct the text and change the updated date, so the change is visible.
