Regional Sales Director — Kyiv and the Kyiv region (remote)

About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are building a sales team across Ukraine and looking for a regional director to own sales in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

The country's biggest concentration of carriers and forwarders, along with the head offices of large fleets. The Ukrtransbezpeka register lists about 2,426 carriers with an international licence in Kyiv and the Kyiv region — that is your market. Most of them are in Київ, Бровари, Бориспіль and Біла Церква.

Responsibilities

• Owning sales in the region: the plan, the clients, the result
• Building the team: hiring B2B sales managers, training them and leading them
• Selling personally to the large fleets in the region and talking to their owners
• Working with carrier associations, industry events and freight exchanges
• A weekly report on the region: how many calls, how many sign-ups, what is in the way

Requirements

• At least three years in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
• Experience leading people, or readiness to build a team for the first time
• Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
• Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
• Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
• Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 2,000 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus commission on your own sales and commission on the sales of the managers in your region. There is no cap: the stronger the team, the higher your income.

Conditions

• Remote, from your own city in the region
• Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine
• Work phone, connectivity and trips to industry events at our expense
• We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

Technical setup

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
