- How much does filing RMPD-100 through Sigil cost?
- ₴108 to ₴187 per declaration, depending on package size, from 25 to 500 declarations. No subscription, a package never expires, and a declaration is charged when it is sent to PUESC. Prices valid until 31.12.2026.
- Can I try it for free?
- Yes. A new account gets 30 declarations, no card needed. To use them, connect your PUESC account.
- Who files the declaration, me or Sigil?
- You do. The carrier remains the declarant, and Sigil files the RMPD100 under your own PUESC credentials. A basic PUESC account is enough, with no company registration and no power of attorney.
- Will Sigil correct a mistake in the CMR?
- No. CMR data goes into the RMPD one to one, even when the note contains a mistake, because the fine is for a mismatch between the declaration and the CMR. Sigil shows the fields next to the original, and the dispatcher decides.
- What happens if PUESC is down?
- The declaration is not lost. If PUESC does not answer, Sigil tells you before you file, and the declaration can be downloaded as XML and filed by hand, and during the outage the substitute notification to GITD applies. If a declaration did not get through, the charge is reversed.
- How long does filing take?
- In Sigil's data the median from CMR photo to PUESC number was 6.0 minutes (126 notifications created from 31.07 to 19.09.2026). Most of that time is the dispatcher checking the fields against the original.
- Which RMPD documents can I file through Sigil?
- RMPD100 to register, RMPD101 to amend, RMPD104 to cancel before the start and RMPD406 to check the number and GPS. SENT is filed by the consignor or the consignee, and Sigil does not offer that function.
