B2B Sales and Onboarding Manager — Ivano-Frankivsk region (remote)

About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are looking for a B2B sales and customer onboarding manager in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Many small fleets of two to five trucks, for whom a single declaration error hurts most. The Ukrtransbezpeka register lists about 612 carriers with an international licence in the Ivano-Frankivsk region — that is your market. Most of them are in Івано-Франківськ, Калуш, Коломия and Долина.

Responsibilities

• Finding carriers and dispatchers in the region: calls, email, Telegram, industry groups
• Onboarding: showing the system, helping with setup, getting the client to their first filed declaration
• Supporting clients on the service, RMPD and the basics of Polish requirements
• Attending industry events in the region
• Keeping the CRM up to date and a short daily report

Requirements

• At least one year in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
• Knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
• Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
• Confident computer user: CRM, documents and spreadsheets, messengers
• Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian

Pay

A base of 500 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate.

Plus 10% of what your clients pay for RMPD declarations. The commission accrues every month for as long as the client uses the service. There is no cap.

Conditions

• Remote, from your own city in the region
• Five days a week, 8 hours, starting at eight or nine
• Work phone, connectivity and trips to industry events at our expense
• We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the sales and onboarding tools

Technical setup

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
