About the role
Sigil™, a service that prepares Polish RMPD declarations for Ukrainian carriers, is looking for a sales and customer onboarding manager. The job is fully remote, from any city in Ukraine.
We turn a CMR into an RMPD declaration and file it with PUESC. Our clients are carriers and dispatchers moving goods to and through Poland.
Responsibilities
- Finding new clients: calls, email, Telegram, industry groups and channels
- Client onboarding: showing the system, helping with setup, getting the client to their first filed declaration
- Supporting clients on the service, RMPD and the basics of Polish requirements
- Attending industry events (forums, trade shows, association meetings), planning trips and budget
- Keeping the CRM up to date and a short daily report
Requirements
- At least one year in logistics or freight forwarding with international transport
- Working knowledge of CMR, RMPD and the standard document set for international transport
- Understanding the basics of Polish requirements: SENT, PUESC, penalties
- Confident computer user: CRM, Google Docs, spreadsheets, messengers
- Fluent Ukrainian, Russian for part of the client base
- Polish or English is a plus

We offer
- Fully remote work, there is no office
- 500 € base paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate plus commission on every onboarded client
- Commission accrues for as long as the client keeps using the service
- Once the client base is built, income averages around 2,000 € a month
- There is no cap
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours, starting at 8:00 or 9:00
- Work phone number and connectivity covered by the company
- Business trips to industry events covered by the company
- Training: the product, PUESC, sales and onboarding tools
Technical setup
A laptop, stable internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
