Customer Support Specialist — night shift (remote)

RemoteFull-time400 € a month

About the role

Sigil™ turns a photo of a CMR into a Polish RMPD declaration and files it with PUESC under the carrier's own company credentials. The product has been live since September 2026. We are looking for a customer support specialist. Your shift: evening and night shift plus weekends, on a rota. Your clients: carriers from all of Ukraine.

A truck does not ask what time it is. Declarations are filed at two in the morning and on Sundays, and that is exactly when someone answering matters most. This shift covers the hours when the rest of the team is asleep.

Responsibilities

  • Answering clients in chat, by email and by phone: how to file, why it was refused, what to fix
  • Walking clients through the hard cases: amending a declaration, closing it, cancelling it, checking a position via RMPD406
  • Helping with the PUESC connection and fleet synchronisation
  • Explaining PUESC refusal codes in plain language
  • Passing back to the team whatever repeats: if one question arrives three times, the problem is in the product, not in people

Requirements

  • A year of customer support or dispatcher experience
  • Knowledge of CMR and a basic grasp of RMPD, PUESC and the Polish requirements; we teach the rest
  • Calm with someone who is upset about a penalty
  • Confident computer user: CRM, chats, documents and spreadsheets
  • Fluent Ukrainian; part of the client base speaks Russian
  • Polish or English is a plus

Pay

A base of 400 € a month, paid in hryvnia at the NBU rate. Evening, night and weekend hours carry an extra payment set by the rota.

Conditions

  • Remote, from any city in Ukraine
  • Shift evening and night shift plus weekends, on a rota
  • Work phone and connectivity at our expense
  • We train you on the product, on PUESC and on the cases carriers actually bring

Technical setup

A laptop, internet from 40 Mbps and a workplace ready for power outages.
