Reporting a problem

What we need
- The RMPD number or a link to the declaration.
- The time, to within a few minutes; that is how we find the entry in the logs.
- What you saw — the error text verbatim, or a screenshot.
- The device — phone or computer, and which browser.
What not to send
Passwords — neither yours nor the PUESC one. We never ask for them, and your PUESC password is encrypted and unavailable even to us.
If PUESC rejected the declaration, its page already states the reason in words. Paste that sentence into the message — it halves the investigation.
