Do I need a PUESC account?

Yes. Sigil files declarations on your behalf with your PUESC credentials. Without a PUESC account an RMPD cannot be filed anywhere. Connecting.

Do I have to go to the PUESC portal?

No. Filing, updating, cancelling and checking the status are all done in Sigil. No RMPD key is needed: you open the declaration in Declarations and press the button.

Sigil read the CMR wrong. What do I do?

Fix it by hand in the field, as in any form. Sigil never changes your data on its own. If there are many mistakes, take a new photo following the instructions and upload it again.

Can I make an RMPD without a CMR?

Yes, for an empty run: the Empty repositioning button on the declaration of an entry with cargo. Instructions. A loaded trip without a CMR does not exist: the CMR is the document the driver carries, and it is what the inspector compares the declaration with.

Do I have to enter the whole fleet first?

No. Tractors and trailers appear from the PUESC history and from the first CMRs. Whatever is missing, Sigil offers to add right in the declaration form.

Is an EKMT book tied to a tractor?

No, to a carrier. In the declaration you choose which book is travelling this time. EKMT books.

How do I know there is a GPS problem?

The declaration gets the GPS problem mark on the list, and you get an e-mail and a notification in the bell in the top right. The Check location button on the declaration page asks PUESC right now.

I registered an RMPD on the PUESC portal. When does it appear in Sigil?

The next morning: every night Sigil pulls new documents from PUESC. Need it now: Sync with PUESC on the declaration page or the history sync in PUESC account. Details.

Can I work with several carriers?

Yes. Add them in Company profile. In every declaration you choose the carrier, and the list and the fleet can be filtered by it.

It will not submit. What do I do?
